As a learning experience designer, I have a diverse background in program development, implementation, education, and corporate and consulting settings. My areas of expertise in learning and development include curriculum design, facilitation, instructor-led training, workforce development, assessment, and eLearning. While I have significant experience and tool expertise, my greatest strength lies in my 25 years of institutional knowledge in City government and my expansive network. Enthusiastic and dedicated, I’m seeking projects where I can continue to grow, develop, and make an impact as I am committed to helping local and national human services, education, workforce, youth development organizations, and small businesses, and individual brands achieve their intended impact, for long-term client success. I have over twenty years of youth/teen/ young adult development experience, having worked on the front line and as an administrator in Out-Of-School Time programs, both day and residential camps, and facilitating camps for private groups. I also have experience as a marketing and social media specialist. I've developed strategies to increase organizations' and programs' followers, created and oversaw social campaigns, produced content, reviewed analytics, and communicated with key stakeholders in organizations, companies, and individuals. Coupled with my experience as a hiring manager, mentoring and molding young leaders in the City of Atlanta, I have a vast array of experience and knowledge I bring to the table!
